Richard Pyne

UK based singer-songwriter Richard Pyne started out in music as a guitarist for the reformed goth rock group Restoration II. When the band split in 1994 he ventured forward with the short-lived project Prophecy (26) (in which he also played guitar) before landing on his feet helming the gothic rock troupe Killing Miranda. After three successful albums, as well as tours across the world supporting the likes of Paradise Lost, K.M. called it a day in 2007. This led "Filthy Rikky" to create electronic industrial project [a981345] the same year, gaining even more notoriety within the alternative music scene. By the 2010's Pyne had continued down the road of electronic music with the enigmatic side-project Kunoichi. This allowed him the freedom to create songs in the dubstep & glitch-hop genres and expose himself to a whole new scene, something that proved fruitful after Uberbyte's collapse partway through the decade. Richard Pyne now plays in the Sheffield based alt. rock outfit Korsunnuz under the alias Rick Cage/Ricardo.
