Paranoid was a band from Zwolle, The Netherlands. The band was founded by Bass player Simon Dijkslag and Lead Gitarist George Pol in January 1993. Paranoid plays rock music with metal and punk influences, in their lyrics Paranoid expresses their abhorrence for developments they do not agree with. Their lyrics are translated to aggressive music/vocals, mixed with melodic pieces. In 1995 they recorded/released one demo called “Youth Blown Away”, they split up in 1996.
