Burnt Paw is a songwriter and fingerstyle folk guitarist who lives beneath Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh. His music is influenced by a wide range of alternative and experimental artists/styles from both sides of the Atlantic, including psychedelic folk, contemporary, new/dark folk and whatever weird wonders he discovers on Bandcamp (that’s where you’ll find his music too). Burnt Paw’s songs unwind from oral histories, dream-fragments, myths, imaginary adventures and life-stores. He loves self-made art, occasionally publishes poetry, reads a lot of Walt Whitman and buys too many second hand books on Neolithic history.
