Хуршид

Shamsutdin Khurshid (Шамсутдин Хуршид) (May 1892 - 13. IX. 1960) - Uzbek poet and playwright, director, translator. A special place in the work of Khurshid is occupied by the plays "Farhad and Shirin" (1939) and "Leyli and Majnun" (1948) on the plots of Navoi's poems.
