Νίκος Ξυλούρης (2)

Son of Γιώργος Ξυλούρης. Nick Xylouris grew up in Melbourne and Crete, imbibing the Cretan and Irish music played by his family, flavoured with strong doses of AC/DC. He plays lyra and tombak, inspired by musicians including his late uncle Psaronikos, his grandfather Psarandonis, and his teacher (and composer) Stelios Petrakis. Enrolled in RMIT’s Bachelor of Music and Sound Production, Nick is exploring electronic music and admires producers like Deadmau5, Tiesto and Afrojack.
