The Portland area band known as “Royal Touch”, was formed by Steve and Louise Averill in 1975. This keyboard and vocal based band, reminiscent of the Captain and Tennille performed at clubs, lounges and parties until the mid-80s. In 1978 they began working in a recording studio in Portland and eventually released two singles. Steve and Louise continue to do creative projects as RakerShine
