Виктор Пеленягрэ

Victor Pelenyagre (born March 22, 1959, the village of Zguritsa, Drokievsky District, Moldavian SSR) is a Russian poet, prose writer, playwright, essayist. In the 1980s, he was a member of the Order of Courtyard Mannerists. Since the 1990s he is known mainly as a songwriter. He is the author of the words of the national anthem of Russia “How fascinating evenings are in Russia.
