Об исполнителе:
Jan Tolf was a Swedish composer, musician (guitar) and conductor, born 7 February 1949 in Solna, died unmarried 24 March 2005 in Sundbyberg, where he grew up. He was pretty much selftaught, and learned how to play the guitar at a very young age. Aged 15, he started the band The Mods, inspired by contemporary pop and rock in the 60s, but soon developed his playing and focused mainly on jazz, fusion and various combinations in that field. He was one of the founders of the group EGBA (that celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2021) in the fall of 1971, a Swedish jazz fusion band typical for its era, with influences from Africa and elsewhere. In 1975-80, he released albums with both Resa and Häxmjölk. In the 1980s, he started composing music for movies and TV as well.
