Swedish guitarist, singer, composer and lyricist, born December 26, 1946 in Söderköping parish in Östergötland County. He formed the band 14 in Finspång in 1965, with which he appeared on an album and several singles. In order to study music, he later moved to Stockholm, where he became a member of the band Vildkaktus in 1970, which after a few years was transformed into Ibis. With these bands he appeared on a total of four albums. In 1982 he moved to Norrköping to work as a music teacher. In 1988, he joined the band Liverpool, which is inspired by or even plays the music of John Lennon and The Beatles. He became widely known when he took home the victory in the first round of Aim for the Stars as John Lennon in 1994 with the song "Imagine". In 1995 he released the album Olle Nilsson and the single "Lovers and Friends". The band Liverpool participated in the Melodifestivalen 2003 and has performed several times at the Beatles Festival in Liverpool.
