Forming in 2006, Nefaria started out as a four-piece metal band from Brisbane, Australia. With a sound best described as a mix of thrash and groove, they have drawn influences from such bands as The Haunted, Down, Exodus and Metallica. In 2007 they recorded their debut EP "Erase The One Believed” consisting of 5 hard hitting tracks. After the success of the EP they performed numerous live shows around Brisbane & Qld all the while continuing the writing process and moving forward with their sound. With an explosive and frantic live show, Nefaria’s brand of hard rocking heavy metal is one not to be missed and never leaves a crowd disappointed. After recently undergoing a line-up change and now looking at expanding to a five-piece, Nefaria’s future has never looked better, and with international supports under their belts and more on the horizon Nefaria are looking to keep the ball rolling forward.
