German presenter for radio and television of the GDR. He worked for more than ten years alongside Helga Hahnemann, Ingeborg Nass and Manfred Raasch at the TV cabaret "Tele-BZ". At the beginning of the sixties he also sang some songs for AMIGA. Brother of Chico Buarque. He lived in Berlin and died in 1981.
