Formed in the Fall of 1995 Stamford Connecticut based “Aftermath” embarked on what was to become a 5 year run of constant performances and endless writing and recording. They're perseverance paid off as the band signed their first contract with European label Escape Music in the Winter of 2002. With distribution provided by Sony Music their debut release "Natural Destruction" in 2003 thrust the band upon a world-wide audience. With reviews like “Natural destruction? This sounds more like natural talent to me! Great band, great album!!!” leading the charge the band continued on performing to ever increasing crowds and garnishing acclaim far beyond their wildest dreams. Early in 2005 while on a much deserved hiatus the band realized their association with Escape Music had run it's course and undeterred re-entered the studio to begin pre-production on their next release. During numerous conversations with U.S. based labels it was decided that due to potential trademark legalities “Aftermath” was no longer a viable band name and shortly thereafter “Fools Faith” was born. In the Fall of 2005 while recording the follow-up to “Natural Destruction” lead guitarist Bill DiNapoli found himself increasingly dis-enchanted with the music business and with ever increasing demands on his personal time made the decision to retire. Shortly thereafter the band recruited friend and veteran John Gallicano and continued on recording. In 2007 the band signed to indie upstarts SickDay Entertainment and Fools Faith released their debut album titled “Undone”. As one reviewer noted… "In taking a louder, stronger and tougher sounding metal approach to their songwriting than on Natural Destruction, this CD was a tighter collection of songs that will appeal to listeners of all genres of music". With strong melodies, pounding rhythms and vocal harmonies setting them apart from their contemporaries Fools Faith had notably taken things a step further. The bands determination and focus was rewarded in April of 2009 when Fools Faith was crowned digital music provider AirPlay Direct’s “All Things Digital Hard Rock / Heavy Metal” contest winners for 2009. From local shows and festivals between Boston MA. and Utica N.Y. Fools Faith wowed audiences unprepared for their brand of take no prisoners Rock as well as flooring them with unprecedented musicianship. In 2011 Fools Faith released “Sinister F” which has seen reviews of “Wicked as hell and jammed packed with one excellent track after another”, “There's not a bad track to be heard”, “The incredible high level of musicianship on this CD is something to be admired” and “Fools Faith have done it again” praised upon them. During the summer of 2012 the band was considered one of the top 5 bands in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area following a contest sponsored by New York rock radio station Q104.3 and Cabo Wabo Tequila. During the Fall of 2013 fate once again found the band without a lead guitarist as John Gallicano stepped aside and following a single conversation it was decided among all parties that Bill DiNapoli would return.
