Jerry Samuels

American singer, songwriter and producer. Born May 3, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York. Died March 10, 2023. In his younger years, he wrote for Greta Music Corp.. Later, as Napoleon XIV, he wrote and sang "They're Coming to Take Me Away, Ha-Haaa!" which charted twice--in 1966 at # in the U.S. and #4 in the U.K. and in 1973 when it reappeared at #87 on the U.S. charts.
