Caswell Garth

British playwright and songwriter, 1903-53. Involved with "Waltzes from Vienna", "Blue Roses". Wrote a three act play based on Oliver Goldsmith's "The Vicar of Wakefield". Married to actress Gretchen Franklin. Died at age 50 of a brain tumour.
