Psychedelic R´n´R Hodonín, Czech Republic About The Psychedelic R'n'R Band - Viva La Psychedelica The Rocky Mountain Oysters project was created in September 2012 on the basis of an agreement between musicians and teammates previously working in Princess Of The Dawn (1998-2001). The band cites the city of Pripyat as its starting point, near the former Chernobyl nuclear power plant. It is a targeted mystification that highlights the post-communist Eastern bloc with its current problems related to the recent past, as well as the demagogic practices of totalitarian regimes, of which Chernobyl is a symbol. The work of RMO is influenced mainly by psychedelic rock, but of course it is possible to find traces of many other musical elements and genres.
