Jean DuSablon

American bassist, now living in Portland, Oregon. She played bass for Girls In The Nose in Austin, Texas from 1991 to 1995. She then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where her work included bass in the backing bands for folk trio Rebecca Riots and Eileen Hazel, bassist in the band Clair and Bass Chair for several Berkeley Repertory productions. In Portland, DuSablon studies photography and printmaking, and has played bass live at Riot Grrrl Karaoke and Not Enough Fest PDX. She has collaborated with musicians Rachel Garlin, Diana Jones and Krista Martel.
