Taticocteau

Born 1979 in Cataguases, Minas Gerais. Raised in Rio de Janeiro. Tatiana Drummond Moura [Taticocteau] is an Brazilian artist, mother and teacher of visual arts in the public school network of Rio de Janeiro. She works on the threshold between image and sound through the databending of these elements, glitchart and cut-up collages of vinyl records, words and album covers. "I am interested in the noise and the sonification of the image, to expand its limits by working in an expanded field" Two albums, “Caminhando Com Minhas Próprias Pernas” and “Quiasma”, were released in 2022 by the Brazilian independent label Música Insólita.
