Côr Gŵyl Cydweli

The choir was formed in 1983, the year of the Festival of Castles, from which the choir takes its name - Côr Gŵyl Cydweli. We perform two concerts per year in our beautiful ancient church of St. Mary's, Kidwellu and support various charitable organisations. The choir is formed from Kidwelly and the surrounding community and each year performs music of a high standard. In 1985 a close link was formed with Nieder Liebersbach Choir in Germany which has resulted in two exchange visits.
