Former Drummer for the Short Lived 80's Rock Group, The Vapors. After the band broke up, he ran an Independent Record Shop, "People Records" in Guildford England, the band's home town. In more recent years, Howard has become involved in politics, running for the Labor Party in the Guildford South East county council elections, circa 2017.
