The National Service Jazz Band, also known as N.S. Kibisa Jazz Band, was a prominent Tanzanian musical group that emerged in the 1960s and gained popularity throughout the 1970s. The band was closely associated with the National Service Program, which was a government initiative aimed at instilling discipline, patriotism, and skills development among Tanzanian youth. Led by Mzee Kassim Kassim (also known as Mzee Ngurumo).
