Hugo Muñoz De Baratta

He starred in the great comic program of the seventies, "El Tornillo", where he played Mon Cheri, personifying a quarrel who wore a bowler hat, dark glasses, wig and white mustaches, and who moved his hand (with a large ring) from top to bottom to seal a joke with innate spark.
