Italian composer. Born - Naples, Italy, 27 May 1899. Died - New York, NY, USA, 12 May 1960. De Luca tied himself to [a696219] and left Naples with him in 1922 for a tour of America. The New World enchanted him and he decided to stay in New York. His international fame came from "Cartulina 'e Napule" (1927), on verses by Pasquale Buongiovanni immortalized by Gilda Mignonette.
