Northern Blue was a short-lived Portuguese post-hardcore band from Lisboa, formed in 2011 by Ricardo Martins on vocals, Nuno Saldanha and Rui Gaiola on guitars, Luís Branco on bass and Arlindo Cardoso on drums, in the Summer of 2014 the group announced that it had disbanded, Nuno, Rui and Luís later formed the hardcore band Somber Rites.
