Alfred Cunningham

Australian baritone (b. England c.1875 - d. Sydney. August 1942) Had a leading part in the London production of Oscar Asche's "Eastward Ho". Later toured the world with the Mesiter Glee Singers and came to Australia with the Scarlet Troubadours. Made broadcasts from Shanghai in 1924 and returned to Australia in 1925. Began broadcasting in Australia on Radio 2BL in 1926. Joined the Westminster Glee Singers in 1929.
