Mortify (13)

Mortify was a Portuguese trash metal band formed in 1992 by Ricardo Correia on guitar and vocals, Alexandre Alberto on guitar, Alexandre Afonso on bass and Luís Tavares on drums while they were still in high school, they release a demo titled "Refuge Of The Weak" in 1995, recorded with Luís Barros at Rec'n'Roll Studio in May that year, another demo was recorded in 1996 with Paulo Lafaia as the drummer, but it was never released, it had the following three tracks "Autumn Leaves", "Money Lent Is Money Spent" and "Isolate". Three of its former members later formed the hardcore band TwentyInchBurial.
