Korgossarna

Swedish academic men's choir at Västgöta Nation in Uppsala, abbreviated "VGMK". The choir has existed in its current form since 1992. The repertoire is mainly classical with strong roots in Swedish male quartet singing, but has in recent decades developed into an increasingly multifaceted choir. The Korgossarna make annual singing trips, both within the country and abroad. The trips have previously gone to the Baltics, Germany, Cambridge, London, Barcelona, France, Rome, Vienna, Tampere, Russia, Turkey and Poland. Since autumn 2015, the choir has been led by Rebecka Gustafsson, who succeeded the current conductor of Allmänna Sången, Maria Goundorina. In 2013, the men's choir was honored to have HRH Prince Daniel as the choir's patron.
