(Former) Chairman of the Board Of Managing Directors of the NMB Postbank Groep N.V.. Born March 15, 1933. Besides being one of the architects of the merger between Postbank and NMB Bank and the subsequent merger with Nationale Nederlanden into the ING Groep, he was also the driving force behind the corporate sponsorship by NMB Bank / Postbank / ING Bank of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam.
