Bob Stanley (11)

American band leader and conductor who led one of the house bands of the Sonora (6) label in the mid-1940s. Stanley was also active on radio, performing via WOR Mutual New York on several shows of the Mutual Broadcasting System, such as "Murder Clinic" (1942-1943), the Paul Winchell-Jerry Mahoney Show (1943-1944), "Sweet Swing-Time" (ca. 1942-1943) and the "Treasury Bond-Wagon" (ca. 1943-1944) programs. Also recorded numerous polkas under the alias Stanislaw Mroczek.
