Incredible coincidence or divine providence? There are actually two jazz musicians of the same name - the one Axel Kühn is a saxophonist at the SWR Big Band and for many years a fixture in Munich, the other one of the most sought after bassists of the Stuttgart scene, jazz award winner of the state of Baden-Württemberg and beyond with his own formation Kühntett extremely successful. Same name, same music style - that calls for a common band: The Very Kühn Quartet.
