Tod Waters

American musician, visual artist and clothing designer. Waters was born in Manhattan and grew up in Houston, Texas, where he started the hardcore punk band Spunk (5). Waters moved to LA in 2000 and started the company "Junkers Design" in 2001. He later moved back to Houston. After Spunk, Waters has also been the lead singer for punk/hard rock bands The Down And Dirties, DieFast, and Razor Kids.
