Peter left school at 15 after recording his very first single recording as an artist at The Bucks School of Music. The songs were “Alligator Crawl” and “Art School Blues”. He played with various bands and met David Paramor in the mid sixties (who was then a producer with EMI Records), who produced Peter’s band The Peasants with “Got Some Lovin’ For You Baby” at the old IBC Studios in Grosvenor Place opposite the BBC. He then worked the northern club circuit for three years before teaming up with song writing partner Roger Sandilands, late of Jimmy Mac and the Beatfinders and the UK’s, writing songs for various artists and film soundtrack music. Wrote and performed with Roger on the Album “Dog Rose” recorded with David at Abbey Road studio 2. Became heavily involved in the business side of the industry. Owning with David Paramor, the biggest music shop outside of the west end of London, and going into partnership with Rick Wakeman of 'YES', starting the Complex 7 group of companies. He is now the owner and chief executive of the Packhorse Case Company Limited and co-Director of the R.P.Media group of companies with David.
