Modern jazz from a band fronted by clarinet player Theo Jörgensmann, along with bassist Alois Kott and drummer Michael Jüllich. After Theo went to the Avantgarde Orchestra and then solo, the other two members formed a new and very different styled outfit called Contact Trio. Contact Trio's Evert Brettschneider and Theo Jörgensmann got together 42 years later in a new version of the band called: Contact 4tett, and 2017 they played live as "Contact 4tett & special guest Michael Jüllich".
