Doug WOODS (The Soundtestroom) and Colin POWELL (A Multitude of ONE) have never actually met in person (up to October 2015). All of their music has been produced by sharing files via the internet. They decided to get together to work on their first album "The Haunting of Sally Caster" in August 2015 after Doug had posted a demo video of an iPad app called Jordantron (containing lot of Jordan Rudess type sounds) on his YouTube Channel (The SoundTestRoom). Doug's video, showcased some of these keyboard sounds in a track he called The Haunting of Sally Caster, played in the style of Rick Wakeman . Colin liked it so much he asked for the music project file and added his own guitar, bass, and drums to the track. Doug thought this was great and thought it would be a good idea to work on a whole album in a similar way and this first track became the title track of the album. Doug came up with a rough outline of a story and this was soon followed by 11 other tracks, all composed and recorded on iPads and a PDF booklet containing the story of Sally Caster, illustrated with images also edited on an iPad. Their 2015 album, Folklore, is mainly based on Celtic Mythology.
