Annamária Fábián was born in Hungary and began to play the guitar at the age of 11. She graduated at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in 2010, where her professor was József Eötvös. She has also studied with Ricardo Gallén and Jürgen Rost at the University of Music Franz Liszt in Weimar within the framework of Erasmus scholarship. For her diploma concert she received László Szendrey-Karper award. She has been a regular participant of international guitar festivals and master classes, including master classes held by Thomas Müller-Pering, Zoran Dukic, Marcin Dylla and Aniello Desiderio. She performed a number of concerts at home as well as in other European countries like Germany, Slovakia, Italy, France and Norway. Besides performing as a guitarist, she teaches in music schools.
