Roy Gomez

Owner of Raul's in Austin, Texas. He was a Kentucky Fried Chicken distributor who bought a club called Gemini's to feature Tex-Mex bands He changed the name to Raul's and bands such as Ruben Ramos and the Mexican Revolution, Little Joe y la Familia and others began playing there. One night a week he would book non Tejano acts which later led to punk nights and finally to Raul's becoming a full on punk club.
