Jenny Hettne

Swedish composer, born January 18, 1977 in Gothenburg. She graduated with a master's degree in composition from the Gothenburg Academy of Music in 2008. She has also studied composition at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin in 2007 and at the Gotland School of Composers in 2000–02, as well as musicology at the University of Gothenburg in 1998–99. Her acoustic music is greatly influenced by her electroacoustic music and vice versa. She has received STIM scholarships in 2008 and 2010. Hettne is a member of KVAST and was elected a member of the Association of Swedish Composers in 2008.
