Ismael Ramos was born in the Midwest of Brazil on September of 1971. Son of pastors Ramos showed passion for singing at a very early age. At five years old he was already singing and worshiping God at the church his father ministered. After performing at several festivals across Brazil, Ramos finally recorded his first album in 1990, entitled “Meu Louvor” (“My Praise”). In 2000 Ismael Ramos married the love of his life Sonia Maior, who was present at the time he recorded his third album, “Nao Há Impossível” (“There is no impossible), in 2001 with the worship group at a church in São Paulo, Brazil. Ramos’s most known work came a couple of years later with the single “Sonhos” (“Dreams”), which was recorded in the album with a homogenous name. “Sonhos” won several awards, was recorded in English, Spanish, and became his greatest hit, always moving those who listen to it. In 2004 Ramos started a new challenge in his life, fallowing a calling from God to lead the worship group at Heal Our Land Ministries, in Atlanta, Ga, he moved his family to the United States. After several years leading the worship group, Ramos finally recorded his first album in English, “Dreams,” in 2008. With albums in English and Portuguese Ramos decided to record in Spanish as well and in 2011 he recorded “Suenos” (“Dreams”). Also in 2011 he taped the video clip for the single “Suenos” which was broadcast in over seventy different countries. In 2015 Ismael Ramos recorded his first DVD live.
