Julio C. Castro Itté is the name behind the musical project CASTROITTE; born in Montevideo on October 1, 1970, he is a multi-instrumentalist musician who plays guitar, bass, keyboards and percussion. In his musical career he was part of the bands, Krokis in 1986, Orfeo Negro in 1988, later in Piano Mecánico in 1991, with Air Jaguar in 2009; He also in production projects like More factory in 2002 and with In Bordeaux in 2010 among others. He has also had independent works such as: Epocalypse (2001), Warp (2002), Air Jaguar (2009), Radio Babylon (2015), Steam & clouds (2016), Wells (2016), Dead Weight I and Dead Weight II ( 2017), Volatile (2017). Music for flat earthers (2018), Music for falling elevators (2018), Alors (2018) In 2018 CASTROITTE signed a contract with the record label Rehegoo Music Group, with which it achieved the distribution of music on different digital platforms worldwide. He currently lives in Madrid, Spain.
