April Walker is a British actress who is perhaps best known for her regular appearances in The Two Ronnies. She was cast to play Sarah Jane Smith in Doctor Who and, although she was paid for an entire season, the role was given to Elisabeth Sladen and Walker was never used. Other television credits include: Fawlty Towers, Dial M for Murder, Judge John Deed, Dad's Army and Yes, Minister. Born: 1941.
