Harold Stern (2)

American bandleader, composer and lyricist, active ca. 1926 - 1933. As orchestra leader, Stern recorded with the Harold Stern Orchestra for Brunswick, with Harold Stern And His Orchestra for Columbia, with the Harold Stern Hotel Belleclaire Orchestra for Edison, and as Harold Stern And Hotel Biltmore Orchestra for Victor. His one great hit as a composer was the 1931 song "I'm All Dressed Up With A Broken Heart." He also wrote "Love Comes Only Once In A Lifetime" (1930).
