The group The Black & White Gospel Singers was born in 1986, as a male quartet, from the mixture of white classical singers, and black vocalists with African and Afro-American themes. In 1989, a female soprano voice joined the group. Lily Coleman, wife of the famous trumpeter Bill Coleman. His first album appears the same year, "I'm Going Home", based mainly on the Jubilee style. The second album "lt's AIIRíght" derives in a marked evolution towards Gospel. The same year, a loud voice completes the harmony. In 1995, after a year of preparation, the group recorded a new album entitled "Look to God", which features the intervention of Ronda Scott, among other guest artists.
