H3FK

Originally, this sextet was comprised of the two trios Örjan Hultén Trio and Fakir Karlsson playing together at its foundation in 2002. Thus with the members: Filip Augustson: double bass; Fredrik Rundqvist: drums; Örjan Hultén: alto saxophone, tenor saxophone and soprano saxophone; Mats Karlsson: oud & mandolin; Nassim Al Fakir: darbuka, djembe and congas; Salem Al Fakir: violin, piano and melodica. In 2009, the sextet H3FK replaced the leaving Fakir brothers and Örjan Hultén with the new members Ola Bothzén, Fredrik Ljungkvist and Jonas Östholm.
