Don Howard (2)
Настоящее имя: Don Howard (2)
Об исполнителе:
Born Don Howard Koplow on 11 May, 1935, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. At 18 years of age recorded the ballad, "Oh Happy Day" in his garage. The song was a surprise hit and became a prototype for the teen/garage genre. His performance name consisted of simply dropping his "Koplow" surname. Credits (usually for writing) that are either said surname alone (or misspellings thereof) or include the real surname always belong to his real name alias. At the time of compiling the following list of same-named artists, it was not known if Don Howard is the same artist. There are yet several other artists whom should not be confused with the artist concerned here: For male jazz vocalist of the 1920's and 1930's please use Don Howard (4); For the pseudonym used by John Hindley Parry, please use Don Howard (5); For the Chronic Black bassist, please use Don Howard (6); For the producer, please use Don Howard (7). There is also Donald Howard, a 1970s conga percussionist who was featured on the first two Ocho LPs.
