Márcio Okayama (São Paulo, December 15, 1971) is a Brazilian guitarist and composer, professor of the guitar school IG & T (Institute of Guitar and Technology). [2] As a guitarist and producer he played and recorded alongside renowned instrumentalists and bands such as Stu Hamm, Mozart Mello, Kiko Loureiro, Edu Ardanuy and Sérgio Buss, among others. He has participated in more than 25 albums, among them the G.U.I.T.A.R, a compilation with the main names of EM & T, and a participation in the album of Eterna Ephifanhy, that revercutiu abroad and it obtained an excellent critic in the site Gospel Maniac. It was also featured in foreign websites such as English Truth in Shredin and Japanese We are funky chicken. Since 2002 he has been producing soundtracks, producing several vignettes for radios. In 2006, the guitarist released his first solo album, Márcio Okayama, with 11 songs. The album was chosen the launching of the year by the site Tocando Guitarra, besides yielding a track for the film SP - 32, on the constitutionalist revolution.
