Chris Chapa

Musician, visual artist and photographer in Texas. Chapa has been the drummer in a number of punk/metal bands throughout Texas, including an early lineup of Angkor Wat in 1986, The Hershey Squirts in 1988, Narcissistic Freds in 1995, Festus in 1996, Action Jackson in 1997, Sluggard in 2004 to 2006, More Fire in 2006 to 2007, and Mala Suerte in 2013 to 2014. From 1998 to 2003 he performed as DJ C-Chops using drums, drum machines, synths and samplers. As of 2017 he is on drums, guitar and vocals in the duo The Electric Love Buzz.
