Ana Nagy

Born in Lisbon from a family with large artistic tradition, she studied music and violin at the Music Academy of Lisbon. At that time she attends Alberto Lysy master-class in the frame of Estoril International Master Courses. Later on she starts a regular artistic career as a pop singer and became successful throughout the country with performances at the Lisbon Hot Club, Portuguese TV, as well as in Spain, Italy and Brazil. Thanks to her versatile artistic personality, began in 2000 his activity as a self-taught paintress with the support and encouragement from his brother, Antonio Marques, arts professor and one of the most today’s distinguish painter in Portugal. Her exhibitions in Lisbon, Porto and other national venues got a remarkable success.
