Major Richard A. Shelton

Commander and conductor of the 45-member Band of the Air Force Reserve. A native of Torrance, California, Major Shelton earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Arizona and a Master of Music Education from Auburn University. He is also a graduate of Squadron Officers School and the Air Command and Staff College Resident Programs.
