Zig Zag Power Trio

The U.S. band Zig Zag Power Trio is composed of three legendary music industry innovators and was born when Vernon Reid and Will Calhoun, guitarist and drummer of the band Living Colour respectively, merged with legendary New York bassist Melvin Gibbs (Rollins Band / Decoding Society). They created a musical project that blends funk, rock, and jazz to breathe new life to long-standing and consolidated ties with the most remote sectors of jazz and funk.
