George Wright came to prominence briefly, as the winner of the new game show 'The Big Surprise' where he won the top prize of $100,000 when he was only 14 years old. (February 1956) His winning answer was about music naturally this brand new celebrity was ripe to be signed up by RCA to see if anything would get teenagers to swoon.
