Lyn Lucas

American vocalist, saxophonist, and songwriter. Younger brother of big-band leader Clyde Lucas. Also, brother of Leon Lucas (2). After the bands were retired, Lucas moved to Miami and worked in radio with his brother at WTVJ; he was responsible for planning and selecting all the music for the station and directing shows while his brother Clyde was the programming director. His first name is sometimes spelled "Lynn". Composed songs with brother including "Congo Rhythm" but only listed in copyrights not BMI or ASCAP.
